Each Disruption Has a Priced Loss
The decision concerns the losses the enterprise would sustain in a disruption. The model computes, for each failure, the operations that stop, the duration, the revenue and penalties forgone, and the cost of recovery within the tolerance the board has set. The board sees each loss as a figure and sets its tolerance against that figure.
